  • How do I make a reservation, and how does cancellation work?

    A signed Rental Agreement and a $50 deposit are required for a reservation. The deposit is refundable with 7+ days notice of cancellation or if canceled by us due to inclement weather.

  • Do you offer any discounts or specials?

    We do not currently offer any discounts or specials for any events. 


    We deliberately keep our expenses as low as possible so that we can offer everyone the best prices, everytime.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards.

  • Where do you deliver for free, and how can I get a quote for areas outside the free delivery zone?

    We deliver for free within 30 miles of Seward, NE, including Lincoln, Crete, Milford, York, David City, and towns in between.


    For quotes outside this area, please contact us.

  • How do delivery and setup work?

    When we arrive to deliver and set up your rental equipment, we require an adult to be present so we can ensure the speediest and safest set up so you can start enjoying your party.


    We provide everything needed for a secure inflatable setup (stakes, sandbags, extension cords, hoses, etc.). 


    Access to a power outlet within 75 feet is required. 


    For water rentals, access to a standard outdoor water faucet is needed.

  • How long do I keep the rentals, and how flexible is the delivery and pickup timing?

    Delivery and setup of your rentals work off of delivery window times so we can ensure that everyone gets their rentals and can start enjoying their events! 


    Once we finalize your rental with you, we'll work with you to determine the best delivery and set-up time for your event.

  • How does clean up and pickup work?

    Clean-up is our responsibility, typically taking less than 30 minutes. While customer assistance is appreciated, it's not necessary. 


    We do ask that an adult is present during both delivery and clean-up in the event that we have any questions.


    During clean up, for the safety of everyone we require that all participants exit the equipment right away and remain off.


    We don't allow "silly string" use as it stains and weakens the bounce house material.

  • Do you have insurance, and can you provide proof for specific events?

    We carry insurance, including Liability insurance. Proof of insurance for events (e.g., for churches, schools, businesses) is available upon request.
